The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.
Lomi Lomi massage is a traditional Hawaiian healing technique that uses flowing movements, natural oils, and sometimes prayer and dance to massage the whole body. It aims to open energy pathways, release tension, and remove blockages for full body Aloha.
Thai Massage is a traditional therapy combining acupressure, Thai Traditional Medicine and Indian Ayurvedic principles with assisted yoga postures and joint mobilization to stretch joints for increased range of motion. Thai massage combines compression, acupressure, and passive stretching.
Prenatal Massage can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, help hormone regulation and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. It can address needs through varying techniques, primarily with Swedish Massage using light to medium pressure.

COVID Vaccination: Vaccination is preferred, though not required. We understand if you have a specific health reason for declining vaccination in which case special considerations may be given. The therapist is current on all vaccinations.
Appointment Reminders: A courtesy reminder will be sent prior to your appointment.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are not feeling well or need to postpone your appointment by texting (510) 691-4341. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged. If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel on the day of your appointment, full payment will be due. When clients routinely cancel appointments or fail to show up, the business owner reserves the right to refuse service.
Late Arrivals: It's best to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. In the event you're running late, your session length will be appropriately adjusted to meet your needs and we will use the time remaining for the service; however, full payment will be due.
Payment: Due at time of service. Cash, Venmo, Debit/Credit card, checks (must present ID). Deposit required for appointments booked online.
